Whilst Loftcon Ltd set out in 1983 as Loft Conversion Specialists of Beverley to specialise in Loft and Dormer Conversions, over the years we added Garage Conversions, Orangeries, Garden rooms and in the last ten years due to our growth changed to Loftcon Ltd were encouraged to expand into ground and first floor Extensions. It made perfect sense as  we already  have every trade available to us.

Loftcon have an impressive portfolio of construction photographs and the same attention to detail is carried over making this side to the business an ever growing success!.
