Our Surveyor has spent over 40  years devoted to the trade.  We start with a free initial survey at a time that suits you, usually in the evenings to determine the suitability of your property.  Following on with a quote working on Architectural drawings and Structural design either provided by us or your own Architect. We have introduced 4 build options to make your money go further with clear, transparent pricing formats.

Loftcon ltd have DG Design Associates,  an “in house” design team that are experts in all types of  Loft conversions, Garden rooms and home extensions.  Drawing costs are reduced to a minimum to allow us to show you what is possible and the office staff will provide costs for every option we draw at NO extra cost.   Drawing costs start at £490.
