Loft con ltd were asked to help create more space in their bungalow. Our clients wanted to bring their parents home to be cared for but their existing property was unsuitable. DG Design Associates, the in house design team put together several options and three bedrooms with an en-suite and dressing room was chosen. DG Design prepared the drawings and Loftcon ltd sprang into action.
From conception to completion it took 4 months. The conversion has three large bedrooms, one with en-suite and a dressing room. The staircase was taken from a ground floor room en-suite that is now part of the accommodation for their parents. Loftcon also remodelled the ground floor to provide a wet room shower and wc.
